Tijuana, July 27.- Hundreds of motorists line up for approximately 3.5 kilometers, stretching from Plaza Sendero to the Baja California Institute for Sustainable Mobility (IMOS) , to complete the process of regularizing their "chocolate" vehicles.
According to information from authorities, around 500 chocolate cars are being regularized at the IMOS alone , while at the state level the figure reaches 1,000 to 1,200 units.
There are vehicles parked several hours in advance
Long lines have been recorded at the Public Vehicle Registry (REPUVE) modules to regularize the units , because, according to the director of the Baja California Tax Administration Service (SAT BC), Gustavo Santos Hernández, there are vehicles parked several hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, which causes unnecessary groups of people and cars in the facilities.
