Artificial intelligence (AI) startup Perplexity is now powering a new AI-based search engine on Truth Social, the social media platform owned by United States President Donald Trump.
As reported by Tech Crunch on Friday, this search engine is named Truth Search AI and is currently available on the web version of Truth Social, while beta versions for iOS and Android applications will be launched soon.
Trump Media stated that Perplexity's technology is capable of providing "direct, contextual, and accurate answers with transparent sources," which it claims will help significantly increase the amount of information available to Truth Social users.
