Real Madrid held their first training session of the week at the Real Madrid City complex, following their victory over Real Oviedo in their previous match.
According to the club's website, as quoted in Jakarta on Tuesday, the training session was part of preparations for the third LaLiga match of the 2025-2026 season against Mallorca at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on Saturday (30/8) evening local time or early Sunday morning WIB.
Xabi Alonso's squad began the session with a series of physical exercises including stretching, elasticity, and endurance in the fitness room.
Next, the team underwent a tactical video analysis session discussing game strategy and evaluation of the last match.
After that, the players took to the field to undergo a number of technical exercises.
They make quick passing movements, change of direction, ball distribution, and finishing moves.
The training session concluded with a game in a small-pitch format that emphasized high intensity and ball possession in limited space.
After the training session on the field, the players returned to the gym to train their strength, to maintain their fitness and physical stability in facing the busy competition schedule.
