Samsung is reportedly preparing design changes for its latest generation of high-end phones, the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
According to new leaked information cited by Gizmochina the phone model will adopt a more rounded appearance at the edges, increasingly leaving behind the characteristic boxy appearance that has been attached and become a characteristic of the Ultra line since 2022.
The square design of the Ultra series was first applied to the Galaxy S22 Ultra, and was subsequently used on the S23 and S24 Ultra. The current Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has softened corners.
Tech leaker PhoneArt (@Ice Universe) on August 24, 2025, said that the four corners of the Galaxy S26 Ultra's body will be made more rounded.
If the information is true, then the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will be easier to hold and won't fill your pocket.
The changes will also bring Samsung's phones closer to competitors like the Google Pixel 10 Pro and Apple iPhone 17 Pro.
