Tijuana, BC, August 29, 2021.- This morning, gunshots were fired outside the Siete de Copas bar , in the parking lot, toward a group of people leaving the bar; some were injured.
According to the incident, around 7:00 a.m., the perpetrators fired handguns and long weapons at a group of people leaving the bar on 35th Street South in the Urías neighborhood near Díaz Ordaz Boulevard.
Given the circumstances, Red Cross personnel were dispatched to the scene to treat the injured and provide hospital care . According to authorities, three people were seriously injured, two were in stable condition, and one suffered a minor injury.
So far, authorities reported finding 20 firearm casings , and no arrests have been made. The State Attorney General's Office has responded to the scene to conduct the necessary investigations and prosecute the incident.
