China's Taiwan Affairs Office's official website launched a special column for reporting "Taiwan independence accomplices" on the 26th. The Taiwan Affairs Office said on the evening of the 26th that as of 5 pm that day, it had received 323 reporting emails.
The Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council stated that it would pursue legal action, but those “reported” in Taiwan all expressed that they were very honored.
Chen Binhua, spokesperson for China's Taiwan Affairs Office, announced in a written press release on the evening of the 26th that the "Column for Reporting the Evil Acts of Taiwan Independence Thugs and Accomplices Persecuting Taiwanese Compatriots" has received 323 emails. He stated that those reported include Taiwan's Minister of the Interior Liu Shih-fang; Democratic Progressive Party legislators Shen Bo-yang, Wu Si-yao, and Huang Jie; Taipei District Prosecutors Lin Da, Lin Jun-yan, and Lin Jun-ting; "Black Bear Academy" sponsor Cao Xing-cheng; "Deep Green" dentist Shi Shu-hua; and pro-independence influencers Wen Zi-yu (Ba Jiong) and Chen Bo-yuan (Minnan Wolf PYC).
Chen Binhua said that the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council will verify the information and hold these "thugs" and "accomplices" accountable according to law.
Taipei District Prosecutors Lin Da, Lin Junyan, and Lin Junting are the prosecutors responsible for investigating the Ko Wen-je case.
After the announcement, singer Minnan Wolf (Chen Boyuan) posted, "This is my first time!! Bringing honor to my family? First time on the list, is anyone willing to give me a plaque?" Legislator Huang Jie expressed her honor at being included, saying it signified her "contribution to protecting Taiwan," and that these individuals should be called "Taiwan Warriors." Also on the list, internet-famous dentist Shi Shuhua remarked, "I have not dishonored the Communist Party, I am ashamed of my parents, I have been certified by the Communist Party, and I have brought honor to my family."
Furthermore, Cao Xingcheng stated on the 27th, "Chen Binhua has once again labeled me a Taiwan independence thug, saying I'm 'helping the tiger and aiding the tyrant.' He's telling lies." He stated, "Between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, it's the CCP that conducts daily military exercises and threatens to kill Taiwanese. The CCP is the 'tiger,' and Chen Binhua and others who are helping the CCP call for war and killing are the 'accomplices.' He's the tiger and the accomplice, yet he accuses me of 'helping the tiger.' He's really confusing right and wrong."
In response to this action, Taiwan’s People’s Party strongly condemned it on the 27th, accusing the Chinese Communist Party of setting up a column for Taiwan independence accomplices to intimidate Taiwanese people.
