The 2025 Woodball Asia Cup will be a new benchmark for international events.

Aang Sunadji, Chairman of the Indonesian Woodball Association (PB IWbA), said the 13th Asian Cup Woodball Championship in 2025 will set a new benchmark for international woodball championships.

The appreciation from international participants, said Aang, was felt from the first day of arrival until the opening ceremony of the event which took place at the JSI Resort, Megamendung, Bogor Regency, August 19-22.

"Some even say this could be a benchmark for the next Asian Cup," Aang said at the venue on Tuesday night.

According to him, the positive impression arose from the committee's preparedness, as well as a series of opening events that were packaged to showcase Indonesian culture.

"In fact, this is a catalyst for other countries to do even better. And when Indonesia is again entrusted to host the Games, the organization must be even better, even tenfold better than it has been," he said.
