The Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement that its fighters targeted "two Zionist Merkava tanks with two Al-Yassin 105 shells and a side-improvised explosive device, near Abu Hamid roundabout in central Khan Yunis."
The Qassam Brigades did not mention any casualties among Israeli forces in its statement, and the army did not immediately comment on the incident.
