Red Bull Racing driver Max Verstappen has reaffirmed his commitment to remaining with the team until the 2026 season, while denying speculation that he might leave amid the team's declining performance in the 2025 Formula 1 season.
Max Verstappen has denied rumours of a move away from Red Bull amid a difficult season, while confirming that his main focus is helping the team return to championship contention when F1's new regulations come into effect in 2026.
"There's always someone else talking a lot, while I don't have to say anything," Verstappen said, as quoted on the official F1 website.
He stated that not everything needed to be commented on, as it would be a waste of time. He preferred to focus on the 2026 season with Red Bull.
"I'm very focused on the 2026 season with the team, making sure we understand the regulations and are competitive from the start."
