Smartphone brand Vivo has finally debuted its latest V-series phone, the Vivo V60, the successor to the Vivo V50, which was also just launched in early 2025.
This smartphone brings significant improvements to its camera performance, with a 50MP telephoto camera perfect for photography enthusiasts. Furthermore, the phone is further enhanced by other specifications, such as the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and software enhancements.
Gizmochina reported on Tuesday that the phone debuted in India with a starting price of 36,999 Rupees (around Rp. 6.8 million) and has started selling for pre-order through various online channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the Vivo India online store.
Discussing the most significant changes of this cellphone, Vivo embedded three cameras with interesting sensors, namely the main camera using the Sony IMX766 50 MP, then the telephoto camera using the IMX882 50 MP sensor, and one 8MP ultrawide camera .
The telephoto camera is one of the things that is superior because it uses "ZEISS Multifocal Portrait" technology which allows shooting at focal lengths of 85 mm and 100 mm to display soft bokeh even when the photo subject is quite far away.
