Technology brand Vivo is reportedly preparing to launch its latest flagship phone, the Vivo X300, in what is predicted to be September 2025, and the latest news now shows that the phone has appeared on the GeekBench benchmark platform.
In Geekbench data referring to the Gizmochina report, Friday, there is already information regarding the chipset, RAM, and operating system that will run on the Vivo X300 cellphone.
The data findings state that the Vivo X300, codenamed Vivo V2509A, is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chip. This chip has a CPU with one ultra-core clocked at 4.21 GHz, three cores clocked at 3.50 GHz, and four cores clocked at 2.7 GHz. Meanwhile, for its GPU, this phone is supported by the Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU.
