The ministry said in its daily statement: "The death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 63,557 martyrs and 160,660 wounded since October 7, 2023," noting that 98 martyrs and 404 wounded have arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 24 hours.
According to the ministry, the death toll since the resumption of the Israeli genocide on March 18 has reached 11,426 martyrs and 48,619 injuries, while the number of aid victims who arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours has reached 46 martyrs and 239 injuries, bringing the total number of livelihood victims who arrived at hospitals to 2,294 martyrs and more than 16,839 injuries.
The Israeli occupation army deliberately targeted those waiting for aid, killing and wounding thousands of them.

Regarding the victims of starvation weapons, the ministry reported in another statement that "Gaza Strip hospitals recorded nine new deaths over the past 24 hours, including three children, as a result of famine and malnutrition." The ministry stated that "since the IPC declared famine in the Gaza Strip on August 22, 2025, 70 deaths have been recorded, including 12 children.

On Monday morning, the Government Information Office in the Gaza Strip announced in a statement that only 534 aid trucks had entered the Strip over the past five days, out of an expected 3,000, and that they had been "looted and stolen."

"The total number of trucks that entered over the course of (35 days) was only 3,188 aid trucks out of the expected quantity of 21,000 trucks," the office added, "meaning that what entered is only about 15% of the actual needs."
He stressed that "these quantities were looted and stolen, as the occupation prevents the entry of sufficient quantities of aid trucks," and "continues to prevent the entry of aid trucks, continues to close crossings, and undermines the work of humanitarian organizations," according to the statement.

The media office noted that "the Gaza Strip needs more than 600 trucks of various types of aid daily to meet the minimum needs of 2.4 million people, amid a near-total collapse of infrastructure due to the ongoing war and genocide."
He held "the occupation and its allies fully responsible for the humanitarian catastrophe," and called on the United Nations, Arab and Islamic countries, and the international community to take "serious and real action to open the crossings, ensure the flow of aid, especially food, baby formula, and life-saving medicines, and hold the occupation accountable for its crimes against civilians."

In a related development, Palestinian officials and witnesses said that the Israeli occupation army deployed tanks into Gaza City and detonated explosive-laden vehicles in one of the city's neighborhoods.
Reports of the attack came as the presidency of the International Association of Genocide Scholars said it had passed a resolution stating that legal standards had been met to prove Israel committed genocide in Gaza.
Residents said that occupation forces brought old armored vehicles into the densely populated eastern parts of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood and then detonated them remotely, destroying several homes and forcing more families to flee.
With American support, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring all international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt it.
