Software-as-a-service (SaaS) company Mekari Talenta has introduced artificial intelligence (AI) Human Capital Management (HCM) software to optimize the entire talent lifecycle, from candidate selection to maintaining employee retention until the end of the employment period, based on data.

The HCM application has a number of features including candidate scoring to speed up the recruitment process and minimize bias with automatic candidate assessment, liveness validation to ensure valid attendance and prevent biometric fraud, and airene to provide a quick and easy-to-understand HR data summary that helps make more informed decisions.
There is also a performance review summarization feature to increase objectivity with a performance evaluation summary automatically generated by AI and employee at risk that predicts potential employee turnover , allowing for faster and more proactive intervention.
