Tijuana, January 11.- An intense police chase in the Castillo neighborhood ended with the arrest of a suspected thief and the confiscation of a firearm.
According to unofficial information, it all began when municipal police spotted a stolen Chevrolet Silverado driving near the El Soler subdivision.
While attempting to stop the truck, the alleged robbers opened fire on the officers, triggering a shootout that extended to the intersection of Benito Juárez and Milton Castellanos streets.
Although the alleged robbers got out of the truck and continued shooting, the police managed to
arrest one of them.
