The National Food Agency and the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency are working together to build a foundation for sustainable food security through the use of more comprehensive and accurate data.
The National Food and Agriculture Agency's Main Secretary, Sarwo Edhy, said the collaboration was an important milestone in addressing food challenges amid climate change and global dynamics.
"By combining food and climate data, Bapanas, together with BMKG, is building a policy foundation that is more precise, adaptive, and pro-community," Sarwo said in a statement.
