The 2025 Borobudur Open Tennis Championship recorded the largest number of participants in the last five editions, with 362 players competing in the tournament, which took place at the Borobudur Hotel.
Different from previous years, this time the tournament which has entered its fifth edition is divided into three categories, namely category A (veteran), category B (beginner), and category C (for juniors only).
"This is the fifth BOTC 2025, and what's certainly interesting is that this year we're including the TDP series age group championship. The TDP series means they will improve their national rankings," Hari Nugroho, Chairman of the Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Tennis Association.
