Broadcasting the President's video in cinemas is part of a communication effort to the public.

The Ministry of Communication and Digital stated that the broadcast of video recordings on the performance of President Prabowo Subianto's administration in cinema networks is part of the government's efforts to improve communication with the public.

Fifi Aleyda Yahya, Director General of Public Communication and Media at the Ministry of Communication and Digital, stated that the government is utilizing various communication media, including cinemas, to convey official information to the public.

"Public communication in the digital era is no longer limited to one channel," Fifi said in a press statement on Monday.

"The government has a responsibility to ensure that important information is conveyed to the public widely, effectively, and in accordance with current developments, as long as it does not violate the rules of cinema, a legitimate and reasonable medium to choose," he explained.

Like social media platforms, television, radio, and billboards, Fifi said, cinemas are just one channel used by the government to communicate information regarding the implementation of government programs and policies to the public.
