Collective and retaliatory... Israeli Defense Minister announces sanctions on the villages of the perpetrators of the Ramot attack in Jerusalem.

Katz explained in a post on the X platform that the sanctions include the demolition of illegal buildings in the two villages and the revocation of 750 work permits and entry permits to Israel. He noted that these measures were implemented based on the recommendations of the security establishment and the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, Major General Ghassan Alian.

The Israeli General Security Service (Shin Bet) and police confirmed on Monday that the perpetrators of the attack were Muthanna Amro (20 years old) from the town of Al-Qubayba, northwest of Jerusalem, and Muhammad Taha (21 years old) from the town of Qatana, northwest of Jerusalem.

In the same context, the occupation army stated in a statement that its forces had conducted house surveys in the villages of Qatna and al-Qubayba, in preparation for their demolition. They also continued to comb several locations and investigate suspects in the area.

It's worth noting that the Israeli occupation forces imposed a tight security cordon on Monday northwest of Jerusalem and raided several areas following a shooting attack that killed six Israelis and injured 30 others, including three in critical condition, according to Hebrew media.
