This came in a speech he delivered on Wednesday, during his participation in a symposium titled "Gaza: A Test of Humanity," held at the headquarters of the Turkish Communications Directorate in the capital, Ankara.
Duran explained that "the blessed city of Jerusalem witnessed the greatest defeat of many of the greedy and arrogant people who said: It is mine alone."
He added that Israel has continued its oppression of Palestinians and occupation of their land for decades, violating international law, norms, and humanitarian values and committing numerous massacres.
He pointed out that the Gaza Strip has been reduced to rubble as a result of the Israeli army's destruction of schools, hospitals, and religious sites.
He continued: "Since October 7, 2023, (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu and his criminal gang have killed more than 64,000 Palestinians, injured 150,000, and forcibly displaced nearly two million."
"They (the Israelis) repeatedly shot innocent people at aid distribution points and used hunger as a tool of genocide," he added.
Duran asserted that Israel had turned Palestinian children's clothes into shrouds, and that this course of events had hurt the feelings of all humanity.
He added, "With its genocidal practices and tyranny, there is no longer room to test Israel's humanity, and through its violation of the sovereignty of the countries of the region, its expansionist intentions are clearly evident."
He added, "After Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, Tunisia, and Iran, Israel attacked Qatar last week, targeting the Hamas negotiating delegation in Doha."
He stressed the "need for the international community to take action now against this entity, which, through its genocide and expansion, poses a threat to global and regional peace."
Doran stated that the world is now facing a problem, saying, "Israel has become a destructive regime that relentlessly tramples international law, thrives on chaos, and has become a source of chaos, unrest, and instability in our region."
He stressed that Türkiye, under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has stood with Palestine, Gaza, justice, and truth from the beginning, and has activated all mechanisms to support the Palestinians.
He continued, "Our priorities today, as they were yesterday, are establishing a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, delivering humanitarian aid, and establishing an independent, geographically unified Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital."
