This victory brought Bayern Munich to first place in the German League standings with 15 points from five matches.

Borussia Dortmund currently sits in second place in the standings, having remained undefeated in the 2025/2026 German League season.


Borussia Dortmund is currently in second place in the Bundesliga standings with 13 points from five matches, with four wins and one draw.


In the fifth week of the German League, Borussia Dortmund managed to secure a victory when they beat Mainz with a score of 2-0 at the Mewa Arena Stadium, Mainz, Saturday local time.


Furthermore, RB Leipzig is in third place in the German League standings with 12 points, followed by Eintracht Frankfurt in fourth place, while VfB Stuttgart is in fifth place.


Meanwhile, the bottom three teams trapped in the relegation zone in the German League standings are currently occupied by Augsburg, Heidenheim, and Monchengladbach.
