In the Senate, Morena will act respectfully in the discussion of the Fiscal Miscellany: Monreal

he Fiscal Miscellany, assured the president of the Senate's Political Coordination Board, Ricardo Monreal, after being questioned about the debate on the Fiscal Miscellany in the Chamber of Deputies.

“We're not going to lend ourselves to that. The Morena Parliamentary Group will act with respect. But I can't speak for anyone individually either; I'm not worried about the tough, heated debate; I was an opponent. Nor should we be disturbed by what happens in the Chamber of Deputies. Sometimes fatigue, working hours, and tension create these moments of apparent friction.”

The leader of the legislative majority stated that in the Senate, "we are waiting for them to complete their work on the Miscellany, so that we can begin working here, as the reviewing chamber."

Monreal Ávila recalled that in Congress, "there are always difficulties in reaching agreements; I've said this in recent stages, political parties are more inflexible, politically motivated," but they are in line with democratic normality.

"Because they fight for their ideals and according to their principles, implementing a strategy they design. And, in the first three years, we had many agreements and many reforms. These last three years, I foresee that it will be a little more difficult."

However, he reiterated that we must never tire of dialogue, as it is necessary to persist and promote agreements and consensus, "it is the best thing for the country."
