After hundreds of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison customers reported signal disruptions afternoon, the company finally spoke up.
IOH Director & Chief Technology Officer, Desmond Cheung, apologized for the inconvenience experienced by customers, especially in the Solo area and its surroundings.
"We apologize for the inconvenience experienced by some Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison customers in the Solo area and surrounding areas due to service disruptions," Desmond said in an official statement.
