Infinix has again brought a new product to enrich its XPAD 20 tablet series by debuting the Infinix XPAD 20 Pro which is equipped with a chipset from MediaTek, namely the Helio G100 Ultimate in the Thai market.
shows that the Infinix XPAD 20 Pro was launched a month after the Infinix XPAD 20 debuted globally in August 2025.
The Infinix XPAD 20 Pro is known to have a screen with a 12-inch IPS LCD panel that supports a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels, a 5:3 aspect ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 450 nits.
In terms of operating system, the device runs Android 15 based on XOS 15.1.2 and supports AI unlock for security.
Under the hood, the XPAD 20 Pro is powered by a Helio G100 Ultimate chip, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM that can be expanded with an additional 8GB of virtual RAM, and 256GB of internal storage.
