Indonesian mixed doubles pair Marwan Faza and Aisyah Salsabila Putri Pranata are the only Indonesian representatives to advance to the quarterfinals of the 2025 Vietnam Open.
In the round of 16 which took place at Nguyen Du Stadium, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, Thursday, Marwan/Faza defeated their compatriots Bobby Setiabudi/Melati Daeva Oktavianti through a three-game drama, 22-20, 15-21, 22-20.
This victory ensures that Marwan/Aisyah secure a ticket to the quarter-finals and will challenge the Chinese pair Zhu Yi Jun/Li Qian in the match held .
