Indonesian national team coach Patrick Kluivert expressed his delight at Adrian Wibowo's debut in the FIFA Match Day match against Lebanon at Gelora Bung Tomo (GBT) Stadium in Surabaya yesterday.
In the match that ended 0-0, Adrian was played in the 60th minute replacing Stefano Lilipaly and played as a left winger.
"I think he played well. He did the job I asked of him, and it's not easy to play well straight away," Kluivert said at a press conference at GBT Stadium on Monday, regarding the Los Angeles FC (LAFC) player's performance in the United States' Major League Soccer (MLS).
After playing as a left winger, the 19-year-old Adrian shifted to the right area in the 84th minute to fill the void left by Miliano Jonathans, who was withdrawn and replaced by Ramadhan Sananta.
