 Tijuana, April 23.- Ricardo Fitch, renowned promoter of Tijuana's history, died this Tuesday of cancer.

For 33 years, Ricardo Fitch organized Tijuana's anniversary celebrations with the goal of spreading the history and legacy of this border city.
