The Indonesian boxing team, consisting of 16 boxers, will hold a two-week trial in Vietnam.
This trial is also an official invitation from the Boxing Federation and the Vietnamese Government through the Defense Sports and Fitness Center II/Military Region 7.
The General Chairman of the Indonesian Boxing Association (Perbati), Ray Zulham Faras Nugraha, said that this activity was part of long-term preparations for various championships.
"Vietnam's invitation is a form of recognition of Indonesia's boxing presence. We're sending our best team because we want to ensure systematic and sustainable development," said Ray Zulham in an official statement on Monday.
The Indonesian team will utilize Vietnam's facilities, including a 29-seat special vehicle for mobility. However, all transportation, food, and accommodation costs will be covered by the Indonesian team.
