Tijuana, August 3.- In keeping with Mayor Ismael Burgueño Ruiz's commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly, and dignified city for all, two sessions of the "Tijuana: Clean City" program were held this Sunday in the San Antonio de los Buenos and Centro districts, benefiting more than 6,000 residents.
Adriana Barrera Hernández, head of the Delegation Coordination Office, who led both tours, said: "These events reflect the teamwork between citizens and government and are part of our Mayor Ismael Burgueño's ongoing commitment to building a more dignified Tijuana for all," she said.
Starting early in the morning, in the Obrera neighborhood of the San Antonio de los Buenos Delegation, cleanup and road improvement efforts were carried out on El Mirador Street and surrounding areas, directly benefiting 1,500 residents.
During this day, road shaping work was carried out on 100 square meters of roadway, 14 tons of heavy debris were removed, six streetlights were repaired, and weeds were removed over a 600 square meter area.
