Social networking platform TikTok stated that the reactivation of the "LIVE" feature in Indonesia is part of the platform's efforts to maintain a full user experience.
At the same time, TikTok promises its Indonesian users that it will present this platform as a safe and civilized space for all users to express their opinions.
"Along with this step (activating the Live feature), we will continue to implement additional security measures for the foreseeable future. We are continuously monitoring the situation and prioritizing efforts to provide a safe and civilized platform for users to express themselves," a TikTok spokesperson said in an official statement.
The TikTok social networking platform's "LIVE" feature has been restored and is now available for use in Indonesia after being disabled for the past three days.
