Israeli Army Radio reported that "two Israelis were injured in a stabbing attack on the outskirts of Jerusalem," noting that "one of them sustained serious injuries and the other minor injuries."
For its part, the Israeli occupation army stated in a statement that a Palestinian resident of the Shuafat refugee camp in Jerusalem stabbed two Israelis at a hotel in Tzova, Jerusalem. The army noted that a security officer staying at the hotel observed the incident and arrested the perpetrator.
The area of the stabbing attack witnessed military reinforcements and a heavy presence of Israeli occupation soldiers, amid a high level of alert among Israeli security forces.
