Vivo has officially launched its smartphone, the Vivo Y500, in China, which is set to enliven the mid-range smartphone market with a large 8200 mAh battery.
This smartphone comes with a battery called Blue Ocean which Vivo claims has a durability of up to six years thanks to semi-solid state technology.
As reported by Gizmochina, Tuesday (2/9), this battery is claimed to be able to survive in extreme conditions for up to 22 hours outdoors at temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius and is capable of playing videos for 16.7 hours at temperatures of -20 degrees Celsius.
