Worker dies after receiving electric shock in Tijuana

Tijuana, December 30.- On Thursday afternoon, a construction worker died after falling from a third floor after receiving an electric shock. 

The events occurred around 2:40 p.m. on Monte Cáucaso Street in the Lomas Residential Complex subdivision, in the La Mesa district.

After receiving the report, municipal police officers, firefighters, and Red Cross paramedics arrived and examined the victim, who was approximately 35 years old. He was no longer showing vital signs and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Municipal police officers cordoned off the scene so that members of the State Attorney General's Office could process the scene.

Civil protection personnel also arrived at the scene to determine responsibility for the case.
