Tijuana, April 25.- A delivery man traveling by motorcycle was struck and killed on the Tijuana-Ensenada scenic highway, near the Convention Center, by a black pickup truck traveling at excessive speed with its lights off.
In addition to the motorcycle, the pickup truck carrying the family also struck another vehicle traveling in the area, causing the vehicle to flip several times as a result of the impact, injuring the occupants.
