Candika Nugraha and Maulana Ahmad helped Jambi finally win a gold medal in the wushu branch at the 2025 National Martial Arts Games in Kudus, Central Java.
Candika and Maulana won the men's duilian with a score of 9,276, while the silver medal went to DKI Jakarta after collecting a score of 9,196.
"Finally, on the last day, we managed to win a gold medal from wushu, which also contributed two silver and four bronze medals," said Jambi Province KONI Secretary General Muhammad Ali in Kudus, Sunday.
The two silver medals won by Jambi from wushu were contributed by Anastasya Astuti/Kenya Fatharah Arsy from the senior women's duilian with a score of 9,153 and Rizky Rama from the women's sanda 48kg class.
