WWE legend John Cena had his final match outside the United States, at Crown Jewel 2025 on Saturday night at the RAC Arena in Australia.
The RAC Arena was packed with over 13,000 fans, transforming into a sea of gold as most of those in attendance wore Senna's commemorative farewell shirt in Australia.
Even the legend John Cena himself seemed amazed by the scene when he entered the hall to the tunes of his famous theme song, saying to the camera: “This is crazy... I’ve never seen anything like this before!”
For his part, WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H expressed his amazement at the way the audience celebrated the legendary star after achieving his 100th victory. He said in the post-show press conference, "It was amazing. The amount of shirts in the stands was unbelievable."
While the audience was honoring John Cena, the star himself was keen to honor everyone who contributed to his career in the ring.
Cena recently spoke about his desire to honor the wrestlers who shaped his career by using their famous moves in his farewell matches.
John Cena turned his final match outside the United States into a love letter to the wrestling world, with his rival AJ Styles turning it into a love letter to the wrestling world and a touching tribute to current and former legends of the game.
During his match against his rival AJ Styles, Cena used a number of iconic moves, including the Tombstone Piledriver, a move by the legendary retired wrestler The Undertaker.

When fans realized what he had done, they took out their cell phones and turned on the spotlights, and in an instant, the hall was transformed into a majestic scene resembling the legendary Bray Wyatt's entrance, a poignant moment filled with awe and nostalgia.
At the start of the match, fans chanted "Thank you, Cena," and then repeated "This is amazing!" chants throughout the 27-minute show.
John Cena gave fans the classic moments they always wait for, performing his famous "You Can't See Me" move followed by a powerful kick that ignited the atmosphere in the arena.
Following the match, Cena and Styles embraced inside the ring and raised their hands together, amidst applause from the crowd. Cena then went to kiss his wife, who was standing by the ringside, and waved to the crowd, raising his four fingers to indicate that he only had four more fights left before the curtain fell on his legendary career.
