Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim praised the performance of debutant goalkeeper Senne Lammens, who displayed confidence and composure while helping his team to a 2-0 win over Sunderland in the Premier League at Old Trafford on Saturday (4/10).
Lammens, making his first appearance since his deadline-day move, kept a clean sheet and secured the win through first-half goals from Mason Mount and Benjamin Sesko.
"I think he looked confident in his first match. Most importantly, his teammates also helped Senne perform well because they were all focused and made minimal mistakes," Amorim said after the match, as quoted on the club's official website on Sunday.
