Jojo and Alwi stagnated, Yohanes rose five places in the men's singles world rankings
  Three Indonesian men's singles players recorded different results in the 48th week of the BWF rankings update on Tuesday, with Jonatan Christie and Alwi Farhan maintaining their previous positions, while Yohanes Saut Marcellyno was the only player to improve.


Jonatan, who entered the 2025 Australian Open as the top seed, was eliminated in the first round by Japan's Yushi Tanaka 17-21, 7-21. The result kept his ranking at fourth in the world.


Alwi also remains at 17th place after his progress was halted in the quarterfinals. After receiving a walkover in the opening round, he lost to Chou Tien Chen (Taiwan) 21-13, 21-23, 16-21.
