The Civil Defense in the sector said in a brief statement: “Three martyrs and 15 wounded from the Abu Sabt and Sahmoud families were recovered following an Israeli bombing of an inhabited house in the Bani Suheila area, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern sector.”

Medical sources reported that "three martyrs, including two girls, one of whom was an infant, and more than 15 wounded people arrived at Nasser Hospital as a result of an Israeli raid that targeted an inhabited house belonging to the Abu Sabt family in the Bani Suheila area, east of Khan Yunis."

The Israeli occupation army continues to carry out demolition operations targeting homes and facilities in areas under its control outside the yellow line east of Gaza City and Khan Yunis, resulting in several explosions, in addition to artillery shelling and continuous gunfire from vehicles and helicopters.

On Wednesday, the occupation army killed 25 Palestinians and wounded 77 others in a series of successive raids targeting several areas in the Gaza Strip from which it had withdrawn, in violation of the ceasefire agreement.

The Gaza Health Ministry said in a statement: "During the Israeli escalation this evening, the bodies of 25 martyrs and more than 77 wounded, some in critical condition, arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip." The ministry did not provide further details about the locations of the attacks or the identities of the victims.

For its part, Israel acknowledged violating the ceasefire agreement in Gaza and launched raids on "Hamas-controlled areas," claiming that gunfire had targeted its forces in Rafah, in the southern GazaStrip.

Previous government, factional, and human rights reports indicate that Israel has committed dozens of violations of the ceasefire agreement in effect since October 10. Among these violations, Israel has killed 280 Palestinians and wounded 672 others since October 11, according to a statement issued Wednesday by the Gaza Ministry of Health.

In a related context, the Palestinian Ministry of Education reported on Thursday that more than 19,000 school children were killed and about 28,000 others were injured during the Israeli war of extermination against the Gaza Strip.

This came in a statement issued by the Ministry of Education on the occasion of "World Children's Day" which falls on November 20th of each year, coinciding with the anniversary of the United Nations General Assembly's adoption of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child in 1959 and the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989.

The ministry said: “On World Children’s Day, Palestine stands remembering its children, specifically the children of Gaza, who paid a heavy price as a result of the war of extermination that affected their lives, education, and dreams,” noting that “more than 19,000 school children were martyred, and about 28,000 were injured” during the war of extermination that the Gaza Strip was subjected to.

The ministry explained that the war also led to the complete or partial destruction of hundreds of schools, kindergartens, childhood centers, nurseries and playgrounds,
