Chinese smartphone brand OPPO is reportedly planning to use a MediaTek Dimensity chip for the Reno 15, which is scheduled to launch in its home country at the end of November.
The chip selection was revealed through a post on the Geekbench mobile performance benchmarking platform, as reported by Gizmochina on Tuesday. According to the platform, OPPO will use the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chip for the Reno 15.
An OPPO smartphone with the model number PLV110 was spotted on Geekbench. While the chipset name isn't explicitly mentioned, the CPU and GPU details based on the code suggest it uses a Dimensity chip.
