The Mayor of Pekanbaru, Riau Province, Agung Nugroho, stated that his region has been included as one of the implementing agencies for the National Strategic Project (PSN) for the development of integrated chicken farms in 2026.Agung Nugroho in Pekanbaru, Friday, said that integrated chicken farming is a National Strategic Project (PSN) that will be implemented through the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) in several regions across the country in 2026. Therefore, his party has now made all preparations.
"God willing, Pekanbaru is ready to make this PSN a success," said Agung.
The Head of the Pekanbaru City Agriculture and Livestock Service (Distankan), Maisisco, added that the 2026 integrated chicken farming PSN will only be implemented in several regions with a total budget of around IDR 20 trillion.
