According to the website "footballinsider247", Mohamed Salah is likely to leave Liverpool soon and has already decided on his next move, after facing criticism for his recent performances, with some pointing to a decline in his level.
According to the same website, Mohamed Salah's future with Liverpool is uncertain after he was linked with a move to the Saudi Professional League, which is said to be worth £150 million annually.
Keith Winess, the former Everton chief executive who served as Goodison Park's chief executive between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy that advises elite clubs, suggested that Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah could earn even more thanks to the numerous sponsorship opportunities in the Middle East.
Speaking on the new version of the Inside Track podcast on the "Football Insider" website, Winess confirmed that Mohamed Salah will most likely leave Liverpool sooner rather than later, confirming that Salah has an open offer to move to Saudi Arabia whenever he wants to.
He stressed: "They left the offer open, but he will have to leave soon. It is better to leave while you are at your peak. They might say, 'Okay, it's time to leave,' while we still have good years ahead of us and are performing brilliantly."
He added: "The Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of Al-Nassr, has achieved amazing numbers since his move to Saudi Arabia and he is still scoring wonderful goals, some of them with great skill. I think Salah wants to take the same steps and have a great season there, so I expect him to move soon."
Manchester City and Liverpool will meet this Sunday evening at the Etihad Stadium in the final match of the 11th round of the English Premier League.
