PT Inkor Bola Pacific (Proteam) Manager Dewa Pawitra said as a national sports equipment manufacturer, the company relies on the local or domestic market for its sales, amid the growing sports industry in Indonesia.
He explained that the company's production capacity reaches more than 100 thousand balls per month and is mostly based on customer orders from various regions in Indonesia.
"Previously, 75 percent of our products were exported and the remaining 25 percent were for domestic needs, but now it's reversed, 75 percent are domestic and 25 percent are for export," said Dewa while promoting the domestic product at the Indonesia Sport Facility Expo (Isfex) 2025 at ICE BSD City, Tangerang Regency, Banten, Thursday.
He further explained that the company is committed to strengthening the domestic market, amidst the increasing growth of the national sports industry, which is being flooded with products from abroad.
According to him, the change in market composition for the brand has shown increasing trust in local sports products, especially from various government institutions and agencies, as well as sports actors such as federations and athletes.
