GoPay is striving to boost the adoption of QRIS Tap to strengthen Bank Indonesia's program to make it easier to use for payments and increase non-cash transactions, in accordance with November 19, 2025 08:22Bank Indonesia's 2030 Indonesian Payment System Blueprint (BSPI).

"Feedback from GoPay users has also been very positive, especially from young users who rely on QRIS Tap every day to make their travel more practical. Bank Indonesia's vision and execution are key to the success of this initiative, and we remain committed to supporting Bank Indonesia in its efforts to help realize the vision of digitalizing payments in the 2030 Indonesian Payment System Blueprint (BSPI) and the government's Asta Cita agenda."
QRIS Tap is a payment feature based on NFC (Near Field Communication) technology that allows people to make transactions by tapping their phones on a QRIS machine.
