The Ministry of Communication and Digital (Kemkomdigi) through the Directorate of Digital Infrastructure Control is monitoring the quality of telecommunications services following the floods and landslides that hit West Sumatra Province on Wednesday (26/11).
"The Telecommunications Monitoring Center (PMT) has coordinated with cellular operators regarding possible service disruptions in affected locations," the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs wrote in an official statement .
Monitoring is carried out in collaboration with the Padang Class II Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center and the local government to address potential disruptions and ensure services continue to run reliably for the public.
