The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli military vehicles opened fire east of Gaza City and carried out systematic demolitions of homes in the Zeitoun and Shuja'iyya neighborhoods, causing plumes of smoke to rise from the targeted areas. Israeli warplanes also launched three airstrikes on the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
In Khan Younis, the bombing and demolition operations continued, in a new violation of the terms of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 11.
Palestinian sources reported that Israeli occupation forces bulldozed Palestinian homes in the Abu Daqqa neighborhood of Al-Fakhari town, east of Khan Younis city, while explosions resulting from demolition operations were heard in the Abasan Al-Kabira area of the city.
In a related context, the Government Media Office in Gaza published a report yesterday, Saturday, regarding the implementation of the terms of the ceasefire agreement, in which it clarified that the total number of trucks that entered the sector between October 10 and 31, 2025, amounted to 3,203 trucks.
The report indicated that the occupation’s compliance with allowing aid did not exceed 24% of the agreed-upon quantities, while the percentage of fuel and petroleum products allowed in did not exceed 10%, which exacerbated the energy crisis and affected the operation of hospitals, bakeries and vital facilities.
The media office strongly condemned the occupation’s continued restrictions on the entry of aid, holding the occupation authorities fully responsible for the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the sector, and calling on US President Donald Trump and the countries guaranteeing the agreement to take urgent action to compel the occupation to implement its humanitarian and relief obligations in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
For its part, Hamas denounced the US Central Command’s allegations regarding the looting of an aid truck, asserting that these are false claims intended to justify the blockade policies and further reduce the already limited humanitarian aid to civilians in the Gaza Strip.
Since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 68,858 martyrs, most of whom are women and children. The violation of the truce since the signing of the agreement has resulted in the martyrdom of 226 Palestinians and the injury of 594 others, in addition to the recovery of 499 bodies and the receipt of 225 martyr bodies from the occupation.
