PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney expressed its appreciation to two young Indonesian racers, Veda Ega Pratama and Mario Aji, who frequently compete at the Mandalika Circuit and will now be regular performers at the 2026 MotoGP world-class race.
"We are very proud of the achievements of two young Indonesian racers, Veda Ega Pratama and Mario Aji," said InJourney President Director Maya Watono in a written statement in Mataram, Sunday.
These two young racers, Indonesia's pride, have gained valuable experience at the Mandalika Circuit.
Mario Aji has consistently participated in the Indonesian Grand Prix from 2022 to 2025, from Moto2 free practice sessions to Moto3 qualifying and races.
Meanwhile, Veda Ega Pratama also demonstrated his brilliant performance by successfully conquering the Mandalika Circuit at the 2023 Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup Mandalika championship.
"Through the Mandalika Circuit, managed by InJourney, we are committed to continuing to encourage the birth of a new generation of Indonesian racers capable of achieving success at the world level," he said.
"This is a concrete manifestation of the Mandalika Circuit's presence, not only as a world-class racing arena like MotoGP, but also as a place to foster the dreams, enthusiasm, and achievements of the nation's children on the international stage," he said.
The Mandalika Circuit has officially received Grade A Homologation from the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM). This highest status demonstrates that the Mandalika Circuit meets all technical and safety requirements to host the world's most prestigious motorcycle racing events, including the 2025 MotoGP.
The Mandalika Circuit has hosted MotoGP since 2022. The Mandalika Circuit provides access for Indonesian racers to train and compete on infrastructure and a track of MotoGP-quality.
