Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta expressed his satisfaction after his team's 4-1 victory over Aston Villa in the 19th week of the 2025/2026 Premier League at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, WIB.
All the goals in the match came in the second half. Arsenal's first goal came from Gabriel (48'), followed by Martin Zubimendi (52'), Leandro Trossard (69'), and Gabriel Jesus (78'). Villa's only goal came late in the second half through Ollie Watkins (90+4').
"I think it's one of those wins that you're really satisfied with because you know how difficult it was," Arteta said, as quoted on Arsenal's official website on Wednesday.
"With all the preparation, the various problems we faced, the very limited time between games, and having to play against a team that had won 11 games in a row," he added.
