An unhealthy lifestyle and daily habits can have a cumulative effect that affects energy levels and fertility.
As written on the Hindustan Times website, Monday (15/12), unhealthy lifestyle habits can silently disrupt the balance, affecting reproductive health long before visible symptoms appear.
"According to the WHO, 1 in 6 couples worldwide experience infertility. Fertility depends on a stable hormonal balance, healthy organs, and a regular routine that supports the body's natural rhythms," said Dr. Snehal, a fertility and women's health specialist.
Among the unhealthy lifestyle patterns is irregular sleep which can affect the hormones responsible for male and female reproductive health.
