Indonesia trailed 1-2 after Gregoria lost to Intanon

Indonesia was left behind 1-2 by Thailand after women's singles player Gregoria Mariska Tunjung lost to Ratchanok Intanon in the third match of the women's team final of the 2025 SEA Games at Gymnasium 4, Thammasat University Rangsit Campus, Wednesday.

Gregoria couldn't keep up with Intanon's game and lost in straight games 7-21, 15-21 in 32 minutes. This result enabled Thailand to turn the game around after Indonesia had previously led 1-0.

From the start of the match, Gregoria was under pressure. Her game didn't develop in the first game, leaving her significantly behind. A similar situation occurred in the second game, when Intanon was dominant and consistently controlled the rallies.
