"Based on the existing optimism expressed by coaches and athletes, I am confident that we can emerge and rise again at the Southeast Asian level at the 2025 SEA Games," said IPL Chairman Petrus Reinhard Golose in a press conference ahead of the Indonesian National Table Tennis Team's departure for the 2025 SEA Games.
Indonesia's table tennis team returned to the 2023 SEA Games in Cambodia after missing the previous two editions.
Petrus explained that in Cambodia, Indonesian table tennis failed to achieve any success due to a lack of preparation. However, at the upcoming SEA Games, Indonesian table tennis is fully prepared to compete and achieve success.
